KB263814: The "Create" button is misspelled in French in MicroStrategy Web 10.1

SYMPTOM:
When a user has set their language preference to French in Strategy Web 10, the "Create" button is misspelled, as shown below.

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Log in to Strategy Web 10.1.
   
2. Access the Web Preferences and change the language to French.
   
3. Return to the Strategy Web home page.
   
4. Notice the "create" button is spelled with accents over both E's: créér. The correct spelling should only have an accent over the first E: créer.
   

 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 10.1.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy version 10.4. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
