KB269222: Report services documents cannot be updated automaticall against MicroStrategy 10.0 for Android

SYMPTOM:
Report services documents cannot be updated automatically against Strategy 10.0 for Android, although "automatically refresh every ..." is enabled at Document Properties.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a report services document in Strategy Web 9.4.1 and insert a grid to the document template.
2. Disable cache for the report services document.
3. Enable "automatically refresh every ..." at "Document Properties -> Advanced" for the report services document.
4. Run the report services document on Android against Strategy Mobile app 10.0.0200.0011 and keep it open.
5. Update data in the warehouse, for instance insert a new line to the database table.
6. Data in the report services document is not updated on Android.

 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue of Strategy 10.0 Android.
ACTION:
This is fixed in Strategy Android app to 10.1 Hotfix 1. Upgrade to this release to take advantage of the fix.
