KB270440: ScanMD is unable to fix a metadata inconsistency "[Error [function CheckTableAttributes()]: The Attribute XXXXX with ID YYYYY contains no forms on Table ZZZZ]" in MicroStrategy 9.x

SYMPTOM:
When reviewing a ScanMD log, users may notice that the following metadata inconsistency is not fixed by ScanMD.
 

[2015/11/04 07:56:22.46] [Error Found] [Project Name] [Tables Verification] [Error [function CheckTableAttributes()]: The Attribute XXXXX with ID YYYYY contains no forms on Table ZZZZZ]

 
In the fix phase, it will be cancelled.

[2015/11/04 07:58:05.78] [Process Started] [Project Name] [Ignore the error] [Fix started] [Fixing] [User fixable error : Error [function CheckTableAttributes()]: The Attribute XXXXX with ID YYYYY contains no forms on Table ZZZZZ]

CAUSE:
One possible cause of this issue is that correct values for fixes cannot be obtained under some circumstances, such as other metadata inconsistencies preventing it from doing so.
