SUMMARY:
This issue has been classified as a defect by Strategy. The impact is limited to Strategy Web 10.1 product only with reports using shortcut to templates with metric report limit qualifications.
SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.x when running a new Document in Presentation Mode, the Navigation Bar might revert to text as shown below.
CAUSE:
This issue was identified to be caused by the em4mstr plugin that is not shipped out of the box. This is a known issue classified as a defect with Strategy Web 10.1.
ACTION:
Please remove the em4mstr folder mentioned above from within the plugins and restart your web server. The issue should no longer persists.
WORKAROUND:
Perform a un-installation and installation of Strategy to re-write the ASPx files for 10.x. If the issue still appears and collect the ASPx file (KB215812) and open up a ticket with Strategy Technical Support.
