KB274376: The 'Show Attribute Form Names' setting does not take effect in the tooltip of an ESRI map Visualization in MicroStrategy Web 10.0

SYMPTOM: 
In a Strategy Web 10 Visual Insight dashboard, when creating an ESRI map visualization, users can click on the markers to display a tool tip with more information. The tooltip will contain the information of the objects placed in the tooltip drop zone and the Geo Attribute. If the dashboard has been configured to 'Show attribute form names' to "Off", the tooltip will still show the attribute form names, as shown below:

Notice above how the attribute names on the map tooltip say ID and DESC, when the grid shows that the form names are actually off. 
 
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create a report with any Geo Attribute, Call Center, and a Metric.
• Save the report and convert it into a Visual Insight Dashboard.
• Change the visualization into an ESRI map.
• Add another grid visualization for comparison with the same attributes and metrics.
• On the map visualization go to the Properties pane > Map Options, click on 'More Options' at the bottom.
• For 'Show Attribute Form Names', set this to "Off", as shown below:
  

• Click Save. 
• Click on a marker on the ESRI map to display the tooltip.
• Notice that the attribute names still contain the form name. It does not matter if only one item is displayed in the tool tip or if many are displayed.
• Repeat steps 5-7 on the the Grid Visualization created in step 4 to notice the grid displays the changes correctly. 

 
CAUSE: 
This is an identified defect in Strategy Web 10.0. None of the 'Show attribute form names' options take effect in the tooltip of an ESRI map.
 
ACTION: 
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 10.3. Take advantage of upgrading for a fix.
