SYMPTOM:
D3 visualization is misaligned in document if there is another grid/graph/widget placed above the D3 visualization in Strategy Web 10.1, as below:

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 10.1 - fixed on 10.4 build 10.4.0000.0022.
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
The Strategy Internal Reference Number for the issue discussed in this technical note is DE21802.
