SYMPTOM: 
The URL API mstr://?evt=3988 to toggle offline mode causes crash with Strategy Mobile for iPad/iPhone App 10.1 Hotfix1 running on iOS 9.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• In Strategy Web, create a Report Services document.
  
• Add a text box with a hyperlink "mstr://?evt=3988" as shown below:
  

• Save the document.
  
• Run the document on iPad, click the text box to activate and deactivate offline mode quickly for about 20 to 30 times, then the App crashes.
  

 
CAUSE: 
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile 10.1 Hotfix1 app running on iOS 9.
 
ACTION: 
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 10.2 app for iOS.
