SUMMARY
Starting from Strategy 8.0.2, data sources consisting of text files are supported as a Strategy warehouse using the "Strategy ODBC Driver for Text" that is shipped with Strategy products.
After upgrade there is no Strategy ODBC Driver for Text shipped with Strategy 10.x.
CAUSE
Support for text files was superseded with web-based data import in Strategy 10.x.

Please use Data-Import option in Strategy Web 10.x for connecting to text files:
