This article describes a potential root cause that users may notice that the Heartbeat and Monitors icons are missing in Operations Manager.

SYMPTOM:
Users may notice that the Heartbeat and Monitors icons are missing in Operations Manager as shown below.

CAUSE:
In the environment page, the Heartbeat and/or Monitor tabs are disabled.

ACTION:
Enable the Heartbeat and Monitor tabs to display all the icons
