SUMMARY:
This document shows one known issue that data source name (DSN) is not available when connecting to Strategy Narrowcast Object Repository in Command Manager 10.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with only Command Manager installed. The workaround is to modify install and add Strategy Analytics Modules and either Intelligence Server or Developer.
SYMPTOM:
Data source name (DSN) is not available when connecting to Narrowcast Object Repository in Command Manager 10.1 in Windows Server 2012 R2 with only Command Manager installed as below:
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Command Manager 10.1.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for the latest update on this issue.
WORKAROUND:
Modify the installation and add Strategy Analytics Modules and either Intelligence Server or Developer.
