Report filter not displayed properly in report details after migrating to MicroStrategy Web 10.x

SYMPTOM:
After migrating from Strategy version 9.4.1 to Strategy version 10.2 The report filter is not displayed properly in Strategy Web 10.2.
- Filter displayed properly in Strategy 9.4.1:

- Filter displayed with missing parenthesis and some additional '"' characters in Strategy 10.x:

CAUSE:
The issue comes from the parameter "Separator after attribute name" (in Project Configuration/Documents and Reports/Report details properties/Filter Details - Other).

This parameter contains the value ""="". For 9.4.1 projects and report filters were displayed properly.
After the migration to 10.2, this parameter value remained the same, but report filters were unproperly displayed.
 
ACTION:
The solution is to edit manually this parameter value and set it to "=":

In fact, the parameter is correctly migrated with the same value as in 9.4.1, but this value is interpreted differently in 10.2.
