Error "Uh-Oh, Error fetching the list of reports from the external source" when performing search during data import from facebook in MicroStrategy Web 10.2 under linux

SYMPTOM:
Following error occurs when performing search during data import from facebook in Strategy Web 10.2 with Linux as Intelligence Server.
 


Uh-Oh, Error fetching the list of reports from the external source Details
com.Strategy.webapi.MSTRWebAPIException: (Error in accessing information from the external data source (Database Instance: Facebook, Error: Unknown failed. Unable to connect. Error type: System call error. Error communicating with connection process. Find target process dead while waiting for reply.))

 
This is a Linux platform specific issue with following three error messages co appear in DssErrors log:

[MultiProcess][Error] Find target process dead while waiting for reply
[Database Classes][Error] Unknown failed. Unable to connect. 
Error type: System call error. Error communicating with connection process. Find target process dead while waiting for reply. SQL Statement: searchedPage?q=test.
[COM Shared][Error][0x8004180E] Error in accessing information from the external data source (Database Instance: Facebook, Error: Unknown failed. Unable to connect. 
Error type: System call error. Error communicating with connection process. Find target process dead while waiting for reply.)

 
If above condition does not met, please open a ticket with Strategy Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
 
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Strategy Web 10.2.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy Web since version 10.3. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
