KB287565: The font size formatting applied to a graph in a Report Services Document changes to a different value in MicroStrategy Web 10.2

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.2, if a user changes the font size of a graph in a Report Services Document, after selecting the font size, the value will change to a different one. This change in value occurs no matter what initial value is chosen, as shown below.
Font size selected: 4.

Font size applied: 5.

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a bar graph with one attribute and one metric in Strategy Web 10.2.
2. Convert into a Document and run in editable mode.
3. Click on the graph and select the 'Format' tab.
4. Select the font size and choose '4'.
5. Notice that the font now reads as '5'.

 
CAUSE:
This is an identified defect in Strategy Web 10.2.
 
ACTION:
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
