KB287981: Pre-cache is not working for a prompted document if it is linked through an action selector button with "Answer prompts with the same answers as the source" checked for MicroStrategy Mobile 10.2

SYMPTOM:
Pre-cache is not working for a prompted document if it is linked through an action selector button with "Answer prompts with the same answers as the source" checked for Strategy Mobile 10.2.
Follow the steps below to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a document Source. Insert an "action selector button" and set the subsequent action to run another document Target.
2. Target has an element prompt with default answer.
3. In mobile configuration page, for homepage, set above document Source and precache Target.
4. In iPad with Strategy Mobile app 10.2, after precache is loaded, turn to offline mode. The link to Target doesn't work.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile 10.2.
ACTION:
The issue is fixed in Strategy Mobile 10.3. Please upgrade to take advantage.

WORKAROUND:
Link the document through “Edit links” on text box. The pre-cache works correctly.
