KB288217: The option "Maximum columns in grid" in Mobile configuration does not work with MicroStrategy Mobile application for Android 10.2

SYMPTOM:
The option "Maximum columns in grid" in Mobile configuration does not work with Strategy Mobile application for Android 10.2.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Open Mobile Administrator page, http://localhost/MicroStrategyMobile/asp/Main.aspx.
• Open Mobile Configuration, create a configuration for Android Phone.
• Under Phone Settings tab, set the value for "Maximum columns in grid" to 5, as shown below:
  

• Save the configuration.
• Apply the configuration to an Android phone and launch Strategy Mobile app, run a report with more than 5 columns, note that there are more than 5 columns displayed, as shown below:
  

 
CAUSE: 
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile application for Android 10.2.
 
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
