KB288218: The padding setting of the grid header does not effect when running a Report Services document and the header is locked with MicroStrategy Mobile application for Android 10.2

SYMPTOM:
The padding setting of the grid header does not effect when running a Report Services document and the header is locked with Strategy Mobile application for Android 10.2.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• In Web, create a report with the attribute Category in the row and the metric Cost in the column. 
• Right click the Category header and open "Advanced Formatting" dialog, increase the top and bottom padding value under Alignment, as shown below:
  

• Run the document in Presentation mode, as shown below:
  

• Run the document on Android, note that the padding setting does not work, as shown below: 
  

 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Mobile application for Android 10.2.
 
ACTION:
Currently this issue is being reviewed by Strategy for a potential code fix on an upcoming Strategy release.
