KB288262: The error "Error loading contents. Details.." appears when drilling to an attribute with Big Integer column alias on the hierarchy prompt in MicroStrategy Web 10.1 Hotfix1.

SYMPTOM:
The error "Error loading contents. Details.." appears when drilling to an attribute with Big Integer column alias on the hierarchy prompt in Strategy Web 10.1 Hotfix1.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• In Developer, edit the attribute Category, change the column alias of ID form to Big Integer type, as shown below:
  

• Update schema.
• Create a hierarchy prompt with Product hierarchy.
• Add the prompt to a report.
• Run the report in Web, click on Category and Subcategory to expand the hierarchy, note that the error "Error loading contents. Details.." appears, as shown below:
  

 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 10.1 Hotfix.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 10.4 HF4.
