SYMPTOM:
When use Strategy Mobile 10.2 App on a Android device with Android system below 5.0, and TLS 1.2 is set as required on mobile server, user met handshake error as below:
CAUSE:
This is an Android OS system problem that TLS 1.2 is disabled by default with Android OS lower than 5.0.
An enhancement request has been logged to workaround this issue from Strategy App side.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates so soon as they are available.
WORKAROUND:
As workaround, user should not specific TLS 1.2 for Mobile server.
