KB288435: Drop down list scroll along with the document if scroll outside of the selector in MicroStrategy Web 10.2

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.2, drop down list scroll along with the document if scroll outside of the selector.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Follow below steps to reproduce with Strategy Tutorial project:

1. In Strategy Web, create a blank document D1, include some text or grid in the document so the document is long enough to scroll on the screen.
2. Create a drop-down selector, place the selector on page top of the document.
3. Run in presentation mode
4. Click on the selector to show the available drop down list
5. Move the mouse cursor off the drop down to anywhere else on the page and then scrolling with the mouse wheel
6. Note the drop down selection follows.

 
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Strategy Web 10.2.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 10.4.
