SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Analytics Desktop 10.3, when user with system number format set to Japanese, create multiform attribute on data import previous screen, following error occur:

Cannot remap columns. Details
ProcessRequestHandler catches an BaseException: ::mbstowcs() failed.

 
 
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Strategy Analytics Web 10.3 when client machine's number format is set to Japanese.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 10.4.
