KB288687: Japanese characters disappear in Metric Editor after validation in MicroStrategy Analytics Desktop and MicroStrategy Web 10.3

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Analytics Desktop and Strategy Web 10.3, when creating new attributes with the function "ToDateTime(Concat(月@ID, "/1/", 年@ID))", the "月" and "年" disappear after validation

STEPS TO REPRODUCE 

1. Create a new attribute in Desktop or dashboard in Web 10.3,
2. Type "ToDateTime(Concat(月@ID, "/1/", 年@ID))". The "月" and "年" are Japanese characters with Input method "Mocrosoft IME"
3. After validation, the "月" and "年" disappear.

 
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Strategy Desktop and Strategy Web10.3 
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 10.4.3 or above for Platform release and in Strategy 10.6 or above for Feature release.
