Error "Find target process dead while waiting for reply" occurs when performing data import from Facebook using Linux and MicroStrategy 10.2

SUMMARY:
When attempting to perfom data import from Facebook using Strategy Web 10.2, the following error occurs:


Uh-Oh, Error fetching the list of reports from the external source Details
com.Strategy.webapi.MSTRWebAPIException: (Error in accessing information from the external data source (Database Instance: Facebook, Error: Unknown failed. Unable to connect. %0d%0aError type: System call error. Error communicating with connection process. Find target process dead while waiting for reply.))

CAUSE
This is a known issue with data import from Facebook affecting Intelligence Server running on Linux environments

ACTION
This issue has been addressed with Strategy 10.3. Upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
