SYMPTOM
In Strategy Web 10.3 and later, in My Page--Recents section, some of the Report Service document or Reports do not have preview images, with following message displayed:
No preview image available
CAUSEOne possibility is that the document/report screen size is larger than 10000 pixels.
To ensure the smooth performance, Strategy has decided to disable the screenshot functionality for reports, Report Service documents or Visual Insight dashboards whose height or width is larger than 10000 pixels.
