This document shows one known issue where project duplication hangs when attempting to duplicate a specific user. One possible cause is this user has an invalid address with empty display name and physical address. Adding display name and physical address could resolve this issue.

SUMMARY:
This document shows one known issue where project duplication hangs when attempting to duplicate a specific user. One possible cause is this user has an invalid address with empty display name and physical address. Adding display name and physical address could resolve this issue.

SYMPTOM:
Project duplication wizard hangs when attempting to duplicate a project in Strategy Developer 9.4.1. The duplication log shows the duplication is stuck while duplicating a specific user object. DSSErrors.log has the following entries:

One possible cause is this user has one or more invalid addresses with empty physical address and display name as shown below:

ACTION:
Edit this address and enter correct display name and physical address.
