An error has occurred on this page.
Your request could not be processed due to a server error.

In the DSSErrors log, errors such as the following can be seen:

2016-04-21 15:07:27.297 [Metadata Server][Error][0x8004140B] Object with ID '3A0CEE79493EAD7936F29DAE566C1EFE' and type 34 (User) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted.
2016-04-21 15:07:27.297 [Kernel][Error] hGetContactsWithACLCheck: Error in hGetAvailableMSTRUsersWithACLCheck. Error Code = 0x8004140B

CAUSE:
This behavior has been observed in Strategy 10.x.  The issue occurs because there are contacts referencing users who have been deleted from the metadata.  When a user presses the To button, an Access Control List (ACL) check is run to get the possible contacts.  Contacts inherit their ACL from the user they are linked to, so since the user associated with the contact has been deleted, the ACL check fails.

ACTION:
Deleting the invalid contacts will resolve the issue.  If assistance is needed in identifying the invalid contacts, please contact Strategy Technical Support.
