SUMMARY:
This document shows that 2-tier (Direct) connection is not available in Project Source Manager in Strategy Developer installed in 32-bit Windows operating system. This is working by design. Only 3-tier (Server) connection is supported by such configuration.
SYMPTOM:
2-tier (Direct) connection is not available in Project Source Manager in Strategy Developer installed in 32-bit Windows operation system.
CAUSE:
This is by design. 2-tier (Direct) connection is not supported by Strategy Developer 10.3 in 32-bit Windows operations system.
ACTION:
Create project source with 3-tier (Server) connection.
