KB300121: "Unable to refresh data since user Administrator remaining in-memory space of xxx MB of the allocated xxx MB was deemed insufficient to store the result of the operation" error message appears refreshing Intelligence Cube in MicroStrategy 2021

SYMPTOM:
This issue occurs when users are refreshing Intelligence Cube which is created via Import Data feature in Strategy Web 2021.
Error message is showed as below.

Unable to refresh data since user Administrator remaining in-memory space of xxx MB of the allocated xxx MB was deemed insufficient to store the result of the operation.

CAUSE:
The issue is caused by insufficient memory quota is allocated per user.
ACTION:
Increase the governing setting under Project Configuration -> Governing Rules -> Default -> Import Data -> Maximum quota per user (MB).
