SYMPTOM:
When updating local license key in License Manager 10.2, users receive "Unknown error while updating behavior file" error message, thus license key upgrade fails.
This issue only occurs when the applied license key is evaluation key.

CAUSE:
This issue occurs when the new license key's expiration date is later than the previous one. The upgrade can be successful only when the applied license is not evaluation, or when the applied evaluation period is higher than the previous evaluation period.
ACTION:
1. Upgrade the evaluation license key in regular sequence.
2. If the above issue has occurred, restore a new mstr.bhv file or perform a repair installation, and upgrade license key again.
