KB300536: MicroStrategy Mobile version 10.3 for iOS does not resolve prompt answers via URL API when the link is executed outside of the MicroStrategy Mobile application

SYMPTOM:
Strategy Mobile does not resolve the prompt when URL API is executed outside of the application or when pasted into a Safari browser.

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create an element list prompt on Region.
   
2. Add this prompt to a newly created report that contains regions as an attribute and revenue as a metric.
   
3. Create a document based off of this report.
   
4. Create URL API link like the following: Documentation.
   
5. mstr://?evt=2048001
   &documentID=79152975464559707AE3DAAC56B2A6D9
   &Project=Strategy+Tutorial
   &elementsPromptAnswers=8D679D4B11D3E4981000E787EC6DE8A4;8D679D4B11D3E4981000E787EC6DE8A4:1^Northeast
   
6. Send the URL in an email or past the URL into a safari browser
   
7. notice on the prompt page the prompt answer is not selected.
   

CAUSE:
This is an identified defect in Strategy Mobile 10.3.
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy Mobile 10.6. Please upgrade the Strategy Mobile application to take advantage of the fix.
