SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Web 10.3, user sometimes encounter following error message:
There is a hyperlink for word contact to automatically generate the email. But the administrator's email is not embedded.
Change in Web Preference > Project Defaults > Administrator contact information > does not change the contact email in the error message.
CAUSE:
Currently, the mailto value is hardcoded to empty value in javascript file and are not able to change via settings.
ACTION:
An enhancement request has been logged to support change the contact email in Strategy Web.
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
