SYMPTOM:
When you try activated a new installation in the licensing site, https://licensing.microstrategy.com, the following message appears.
The Server reject one or more recipient addresses. The server response was: 501 5.5.4 Invalid Address
CAUSE:
The problem is in the email address, this have invalid characters. In this case, "," comma is detected as an invalid character.
ACTION:
Remove the invalid character and put the corrected email addresses.
