SYMPTOM
When attempting to perform a Custom Time Window data load in Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.4.x, the following error occurs:

Type mismatch

CAUSE
This issue might be caused by an incomplete or damaged installation of Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.4.x.

ACTION
Follow these steps in order to resolve the issue:

Uninstall the Strategy 9.4.x product suite using Add/Remove programs.
Delete the remaining Strategy folders. The default locations are:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Strategy
C:\Program Files (x86)\Strategy

Restart the machine.
Install Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.4.x along with any other previously installed Strategy products.
