This document outlines List of commands that can be executed only in Windows in MicroStrategy Command Manager.

Strategy Command Manager 10.x provides cross-platform support, which means that it can be executed on every certified Operating System where the Strategy Intelligence Server runs. However there are some commands that can be executed only from a Windows machine.  The following table lists those commands:
 
NOTE:  A Strategy version specific listing of commands that can only be run from a Windows machine can be found in the Command Manager Help file for your specific version.  Inside the Command Manager help file, search for “schema management".  Then select "list of statements not supported in UNIX".
