Job Expired

(Message not found in user history list. It may have been deleted from other session already. Please refresh your history list.)

Why is this happening?

One of the possible causes for this error message is that the browser is referring to the older pages stored in the Temporary Internet file of the local machine.

Solution

To resolve this error message:

  1. Go to Internet Explorer Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History.
  2. Click on Temporary Internet File settings.
  3. Under Check for newer version of stored pages: select Every time I visit the webpage.

By setting this option, the browser will check for newer version of the pages from the server instead of referring to the stored pages. With this, the user should avoid the initial messages for "Job Expired."
