SYMPTOM:
When trying to install a Hotfix on a Windows machine, installation process terminates with the following error:

The setup routine will now terminate.

CAUSE:
The Strategy 9.x GA product suite was not installed on the machine. If the GA version is not installed first, the hotfix cannot be applied.

ACTION:
Install Strategy 9.x GA and then run the appropriate Strategy Hotfix installation.
