KB308799: The target grid data cannot be filtered correctly by the metric condition selector on iPad against MicroStrategy Mobile for iOS

SYMPTOM:
The metric condition selector doesn’t work properly on iPad against Strategy Mobile 10.4 for iOS when the selector’s “Qualify on” is set to "Rank % Highest". It filters out all the data in the target grid and returns “Filters exclude all data” incorrectly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Insert a metric condition selector to the report services document and set "Qualify on" to "Rank % Highest" for the selector.
• Run the report services document on iPad. Set Highest to 4, and the target grid returns "Filters exclude all data".
  
  

• Change the selector to Lowest 4, the grid shows the correct data.
• If users switch the selector back to Highest 4, the grid can return the data correctly.
  
  

CAUSE:
This is a known issue of Strategy Mobile 10.4 for iOS.
WORKAROUND:
Set "Qualify on" to "Rank Highest" for the metric condition selector.
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy Mobile 10.6 for iOS
