How to remove `Filter On` and `Filter on Selections` options on attribute elements in a report using the MicroStrategy SDK 9.0.0

For the customer to follow the instructions listed below it is necessary that he has the Web Customization Editor set up correctly.
If not, customer will have to set the customization editor up first. More information on how to set up the customization editor can be found in the following MSDL article:

STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Create a new plugin for this customization and then open the Web Customization editor based on this plugin.
2. Expand Context Menus under Strategy Web configuration folder.
3. Look for reportCellContextMenus and then expand the contents within it.
4. Under default, there are 2 menus called filterOnGrid and FilterOnSelections.  Right click on them and select delete:

6. Save the changes and restart the web server.
7. If the Filter On and Filter on Selections options are desired later, the plugin can be removed from the plugins folder under the Strategy Web installation directory.
