SYMPTOM:
When adding value label to a horizontal bar graph, additional leading lines are shown in Strategy Web, as shown below:

 
In Strategy Web 9.4.1, there is no leading line for the data label:

 
 
CAUSE:
This is known issue in Strategy Web 10.0 - 10.5.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Web 10.6. Upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
