SYMPTOM:
In Strategy 10.4, web user connections keep increasing (about each 20s) until user sessions per project is reached, even if there are no subscriptions and user is not visiting Strategy Web anymore.
Cause:
It is a defect in Strategy 10.4. Web browser is sending request to close user sessions continuously.
Resolution:
Upgrade to Strategy 10.4 Hotfix 1 or Strategy 10.5.
