KB310667: "No valid credentials provided" error shows when logging back in after logout using Kerberos Integrated Authentication and MicroStrategy Web 10.3 and higher

SYMPTOM
After users log out of Strategy Web using the logout link and attempt to log back into the project, the following error message is displayed:

No valid credentials provided

 
Using Strategy 10.4, the error message will state "Missing delegate credentials".
This issue is specific to Strategy Web JSP.
 
CAUSE
This is a known issue with Strategy Web 10.3, 10.4 and 10.5.
 
ACTION
This issue has been addressed with Strategy Web 10.6 and 10.4 Hotfix 2. Upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
 
WORKAROUND
Disable the Strategy Web Administration page setting "Show login page after user logout" to work around the issue.
