STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Create report with Region in page by, Year & category in rows, and revenue and profit in columns 
2. Create derived metric profit/revenue 
3. Turn on subtotals for the report
4. Apply a threshold on derived metric profit/revue
5. Select ‘Apply the threshold on Subtotal values only’ or ‘Apply the threshold on Metric and subtotal values’. 
6. Within Export Options - Advanced Options... select ‘Place each page on a separate sheet’.
7. Within the Web preference Excel options, set to ‘Excel 2007 or newer versions’ under Export Reports in Web Preferences. 
8. Export report from Strategy Web and the report errors with “(Index out of range in method…)” 

• Same report exports fine from Developer 
• Select ‘Apply the threshold on metric values only’ option for the threshold on the report. Exports fine from web & Developer 

CAUSE
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 10.3.
 
ACTION
This issue was addressed in Strategy 10.4.  Please upgrade to this version to receive this fix.
 
WORKAROUND
Exporting the report from Strategy Developer 10.3 exports without error.
