"Error Initializing User Editor. Unable to Load User Editor" and "The Key is Already Associated with an Element of this Collection" error messages appear when trying to edit a user in MicroStrategy Developer 9.x and 10.x.

SYMPTOM:
The user notices that even when the Strategy "Administrator" user tries to edit any user object, the following errors are given sequentially in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x and ultimately no changes can be made or saved:

Note: These error messages are only given when the user objects are edited via a 3-Tier connection, no error messages are given and the user objects can be successfully edited and saved via a 2-Tier connection.
 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x.
 
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the latest status of this issue.
 
WORKAROUND:
The user can edit the user objects via a 2-Tier connection, no error message will be given and the changes can be made and saved accordingly in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x.
