Google Map tooltip for image and bubble markers is always enabled in MicroStrategy Web while it is not enabled in MicroStrategy Mobile 10.4 for Android

SYMPTOM:
Google Map is not displaying the tooltip consistently between Strategy Web and Strategy Mobile for Android 10.4. At this moment there is no way to disable the tooltip for Strategy Web and also there is no way to enable the tooltip in Strategy Mobile for Android.

CAUSE:
This issue has been identified as a defect for the Google Map widget in the Strategy Android Application, since the expected behavior is to show the tooltips for both Strategy Web and Strategy Mobile for Android.
 
WORKAROUND:
Use the ESRI widget. This widget will produce consistency between Strategy Web and MicroStraegy Mobile for Android as the tooltips are enabled in both platforms
