SUMMARY:
Strategy 10.4 Express Installation contains MySQL 5.6 and support Windows 10 for Demo purpose while Windows 10 is not a supported OS for MySQL 5.6
SYMPTOM:
Express Install contains additional third party components to quickly get users up and running with the Strategy platform.
However, per MySQL Documentation as below, MySQL version 5.6 and older do not support Windows 10 environment.

ACTION:
Strategy is aware of this. Intensive test has been performed for the Express installation approach in Windows 10. No issue is observed due to that Windows 10 does not support MySQL 5.6. Additionally, Express install in Windows 10 is only used for Demo purpose instead of in development/test/production environment. Users who are concerned or experience problems with MySQL 5.6 on Windows 10 may choose to use Custom Install or select a different operating system for testing.
