SYMPTOM:
When creating linked documents in Strategy Narrowcast Administrator 9.0.x console, 'Flash attachment(.mht)' is not listed as an available format option for dashboard:
CAUSE:
In Strategy, flash must be explicitly set as an available export format at the document property level:
ACTION:
To resolve the issue, edit the document with either Strategy Web or Strategy Developer. Open the document properties and check the 'Flash' option under Available Export Formats.
Close and re-open the Strategy Narrowcast Administrator console to clear client side caches. The dashboard will now have flash as an available format.
