KB31463: "Object with ID 'XXX' and type 32 (Project) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted" error message appears when connecting to a project through Integrity Manager

SYMPTOM:
The following error is thrown when connecting to a project through Integrity Manager 9.x:

Object with ID 'XXX' and type 32 (Project) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted. 
 
 
CAUSE:
This is caused by a physical inconsistency in the metadata.
 
ACTION:
Run MD Doctor to fix the metadata inconsistency.
