JVM creation failed (Not enough memory)

CAUSE:
By design, the heap size for Portal is defined in the code (hard coded) and JVM HeapMaxSize in the registry is not used. Starting from Strategy 9.x, the hard-coded heap size is increased to 192MB.

ACTION:
To avoid this error, add “-Xmx64M;” to at the beginning of the value for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroStrategy\JNI Bridge\Configuration\JVM Options\WebOptions.
