CAUSE:
 
When making a call to the Strategy Web Services from the Microsoft Office plug in, Strategy tries to create a temporary file in the Windows temp directory. The file creation fails because the ASP process does not have rights to create a file on that location.
 
ACTION:
 
1) Right-click the temp folder and select Properties.
2) Go to the Security tab.
3) Click on Add and add the ASP.NET account. (In locations select the webserver machine)
4) Add one more account IWAM_YourMachineName
