SYMPTOM:
Installation of the Strategy 9 API Runtime fails with the following message:

MISSING: Microsoft Visual C++ 8 Runtime
CAUSE:
Microsoft Visual C++ 8 (also know as Microsoft Visual C++ 2005) is not installed on the machine where the Strategy 9 API Runtime will be installed.
ACTION:
Perform a manual install of Microsoft Visual C++ 8.
A stand alone installer for Microsoft Visual C++ 8 (also known as Microsoft Visual C++ 2005) is provided with the Strategy 9 installation files. Run either the 'vcredist_x86.exe', for 32-bit systems, or the corresponding 'vcredist_x64.exe' for 64-bit systems, provided in the following folder:
\Installations\Utilities\3rdParty\vcredist
