These 5 new export privileges were added to the Common Privileges in Strategy 9.0 and are still applicable in version 10.x:
A Web export privilege under Web Reporter also exists.
The Web export privilege under Web Reporter group takes precedence over the Common Privileges.
This means that when a user has this privilege assigned then this user will be able to export to all formats no matter what is selected under Common Privileges group.
If an administrator needs to narrow this selection for a particular user, then the Web export privilege needs to be removed and then the administrator should select the desired formats under Common Privileges.
